“University Escape” is the financial education serious game created within “Banking Academy”, the project by Skuola.net and UniCredit: over 20,000 university students improved their economic-financial literacy by playing. Dinobros joined the project as a partner for the development and creativity of the video game.

The game

With “University Escape,” users enter a video game where they learn everyday financial topics in a fun way, from mortgage interest rates to savings management. In this Dinobros-branded video game, players must face obstacles, collect coins, and answer questions on financial topics.

Once the avatar is chosen, players enter a game tutorial that explains how to move and collect coins, then they start a real obstacle course. The further they go, the more important concepts they learn, such as recognizing scams, identifying fake news, or discover savings and investment tools and methods—obviously while playing!

The video game is accessible from browser in a simple and immediate way; just click and start playing.

Objectives

University Escape” was born within “Banking Academy,” a financial education project launched by Skuola.net and UniCredit, with the aim of promoting financial education among young people. Dinobros joined as a partner for the development and creativity of this educational video game, which has achieved great success in terms of numbers.

In fact, Skuola.net published data showing that over 20,000 university students improved their economic and financial competence thanks to the experience with our video game, and it will remain available to all users who want to test themselves until the end of the exam session.
