The advergame for the launch of the first season of Prime Video’s TV series “LOL - Chi ride è fuori”.

‍“LOL - The Game” was created for the launch of the first season of the show “LOL - Last One Laughing.” The advergame was included within the show’s launch communication strategy and remained active throughout the campaign months. In the video game, the main characters and the stage were faithfully recreated in pixel art, following the references provided by the client and by previewing the episodes in advance. The video game structure puts the player in the hosts’ shoes, with the goal of identifying the characters who are laughing.

The advergame is designed to be accessible from a browser on any device and features a simple and intuitive gameplay mechanic: in the first part, the player must click only on the avatars of celebrities who are laughing in the scene, and in the second part, the “test” moment from the show is recreated, where the player must make the character laugh by clicking on the amused emojis surrounding them.

The 10 contestants from the first season are the stars of "LOL - The Game”: Stefano Belisari (Elio e Le Storie Tese), Caterina Guzzanti, Frank Matano, Pintus, Pasquale Petrolo (Lillo e Greg), Michela Giraud, Luca Ravenna, Ciro and Fru from The Jackal, Katia Follesa), plus the hosts, Fedez and Mara Maionchi.

‍The primary goal of "LOL - The Game” is to integrate the show’s brand awareness through a video game. This goal was strengthened by the advergame’s virality, as it was shared on social media by the contestants’ official profiles and by Prime Video.
