The game
“Impostor Rabbit” is the video game created for the children’s TV channel Boing TV for Easter (2023). The video game title takes its name from the “Looney Tunes” episode it is inspired by, and stars Bugs Bunny, the irreverent rabbit from “Looney Tunes,” famous for munching carrots and getting into a thousand adventures.
The video game begins like the animated series episode, with the Easter Bunny being kidnapped by the Scout leader Eagle. As Bugs Bunny passes through the area, he wants to help and becomes the star of an egg hunt that is also a fun obstacle course.
The player, in the role of Bugs Bunny, must hop along the course, collect as many baskets of colorful eggs as possible, and avoid obstacles. To avoid drones, ropes, and snakes, he can take shelter in the burrow: just press the down arrow to go into the burrow and come back up once the danger has passed. Be careful, because if you see the burrow it means that Bugs Bunny can enter and avoid the obstacle by passing underneath, directly through the underground tunnel. Other obstacles to avoid include suspension bridges over the river, crocodiles jumping out of the water, and TNT ready to explode!
Can you overcome the obstacles and collect points and baskets of eggs? Prove you are a truly brave rabbit like Bugs Bunny and enjoy a fun egg hunt.
